Performance 104 HP instead of the factory 70 HP.

Performance 93,1 Hp at the rear wheel (was 59 HP at the same testbank)
Power increase of 60% !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THUNDERBIKE High Performance Camshafts Grind 813-S

CILINDERHEAD flowed and bigger exhaust and inlet valves

Exhaust side 18% better flow than standard.

Inlet valves from 31mm to 33,4 mm

Outlet valves from 26 to 30 mm

Valve seat 3 angles 15, 45, 75 degree

Double valve springs (pressure was 27 to 25 Kg now 27 to 70 Kg.

Allowable RPM now > 9250 Rpm (limiter set from 8100 to 9250)

REV LIMITER raise by remapping of the factory module by CARMO electronics..

KEIHIN FCR 39 Flat Slides Carburator with TPUSA billet intakes.

CLUTCH modified heavy duty clutch kit.

EXHAUST Special designed header (2-1-2) and exhaust system by Star Twin.

Exhaust in Moto GP style made by Nolen.

AIRBOX ELIMINATION KIT British Customs.

PERFORMED by Nolen motors tuning center
